Licensing the Support (LiveSec) service secures the future of your appliance by delivering essential updates, telephone assistance and hardware warranty in the unusual scenario that your device fails.

Originally known as WatchGuard LiveSecurity, this service includes WatchGuard support services (24x7 telephone support), advance replacement hardware warranty, and software updates for your unit. More detailed information on the level of service provided can be found in the service datasheet. If support on your unit has expired the service will backdate to a maximum of 6 months when you apply your key. Please call us on 0845 270 7744 for more information.
