For over 17 years we have been one of the leading security technology resellers in the UK. Our client base spans all sectors and sizes of organisation. We have built our reputation on providing all our customers with the best advice and most suitable market leading solutions to suit their needs and budget.
Our focus has always been about our people: our customers, our team, our distributors, our vendors and of course our wider community. We are doing all we can to maintain our exceptional pre and post-sales service standards during these unforeseen and uncertain times.
We have implemented the following steps during this time:
Business as Usual
We have closed our main office for the time being and all our staff are working remotely. This is a contingency that we have previously planned for and all our systems, hardware and software are fully operational, so we are able to deal with your enquiry as usual.
Please be assured all calls that come into our usual numbers will be answered, emails will receive responses and orders will continue to be taken and dispatched.
Hardware Orders and Availability
We are working closely with our distributors and vendors to ensure adequate supply levels. Currently distributor warehouses remain fully functional, as does our supply chain.
Cloud Services/Software
These services remain unaffected by the COVID-19 crisis.
Dispatch and Delivery
If for any reason there is likely to be a delay in dispatching or processing your order, we will inform you at point of sale.
Customer Service
Our customer support teams continue to be fully operational. During periods of extremely high demand you may experience a delay and we may ask you if we can call you back.
Ongoing Issues
The directors will continue to monitor the situation and will ensure we abide by any government advice and imposed legislation.
