30 MINUTE BLOCKS

Work is billed in 30 minute blocks suiting customers with less complex installations and support requirements. Additional minutes can also be 'banked' so you have resource when you need it.

FROM £100 PER HOUR

We provide hourly based services from £100 per hour, suitable for SME businesses. Options are also available for scheduled out-of-hour work should changes need to be made over night or at the weekend.

Solutions Packs

Many of our customers ensure their network's security by managing their appliances themselves, often utilising the Lite Support pack. However, when new or more complex issues arise, our Solution Packs provide the ideal assistance. 

Whether you need an annual Health Check of your configuration, help with setting up a new generation replacement appliance, or support in deploying remote access, these options allow you to rely on expert intervention when needed.

HEALTH CHECK (From £200)

This service provides a one off 2 hour session checking the settings on your unit resulting in a health check report.

TOTAL DEPLOYMENT (From £600)

Ensure the secure configuration of your new appliance by engaging our engineers to do it for you. This option delivers a complete remote deployment if you don't have the inhouse expertise or simply want to make sure you get off on the right foot!
