Cyber attacks are one of the biggest threats to schools

According to research commissioned by Ecclesiastical - a specialist insurer for educational establishments - 20% of educational institutions have been targeted, with malware and phishing being the most popular types of attacks. 

Teachers and parents are often ill-equipped to deal with cyber thefts and hackers see them as a "soft target".
