WatchGuard Sweeps 2026 TrustRadius Buyer’s Choice Awards
WatchGuard Technologies has been named a 2026 TrustRadius Buyer’s Choice Award winner across all major cybersecurity product categories, underscoring strong customer satisfaction and industry recognition for its unified security platform.
The awards, which are based on verified user reviews, require at least 10 evaluations per product and that 75% or more reviewers rate solutions highest for capabilities, value for money, and customer relationships. WatchGuard exceeded these benchmarks in Network Security, Endpoint Security, and AuthPoint authentication offerings.
According to TrustRadius Chief Marketing Officer Allyson Havener, the triple recognition highlights customer trust in WatchGuard’s ability to deliver solutions that protect, adapt, and simplify security in the face of evolving threats.
In Network Security, WatchGuard’s Firebox portfolio drew praise for performance and innovation. The latest Firebox M Series rackmount appliances deliver up to twice the performance of previous generations, with multi-gigabit connectivity and integration with cloud-based zero-trust services. The Firebox T Series also received positive reviews for combining Wi-Fi 7 support with compact, high-throughput firewall capabilities suited for modern hybrid networks.
WatchGuard’s Endpoint Security platform also stood out, particularly with the introduction of Endpoint Security Prime, which combines AI-driven detection, attack surface reduction, and anti-phishing at price points typically associated with basic protection. A recent GigaOm report cited the platform as both a leader and outperformer in endpoint detection and response.
In the identity space, AuthPoint’s multifactor authentication continues to evolve with expanded risk-based policies, geokinetic login blocking, and dark web monitoring, enhancing secure access for hybrid cloud environments.
